Great Location, Friendly Staff!
central location friendly staff tidy room smooth check-in
I really appreciated the central location near the MTR.. It made getting around so easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Mei and Amy Ko Penny kept the room tidy and only replenished what was needed. The front desk staff made check-in smooth and easy.
The bathtub was narrower than expected, and the shower curtain kept touching me during showers..

The Beautiful Double Room offered ample space and suited my needs very well with the layout. It included a well-stocked minibar with various drinks and snacks. I also found the blackout curtains quite effective.

outdated equipment inattentive staff
The gym was a letdown. It looked much better in the pictures than it did in person. The equipment seemed quite old and limited. the front desk staff weren't always as attentive as I would have hoped. It was like they had different standards for local guests.

the metro station across the street proved very convenient. i found various restaurants nearby, offering many cuisines. my room included a very comfortable bed.
the gym's limited cardio facilities made my workout less effective.

The room had a very large king bed. The air conditioning worked great, and it kept the room cool. Shower pressure was good, which I always appreciate! The location is excellent, just across from a metro station.
The room was smaller than I expected. The facilities seemed a bit old, especially in the bathroom. The bathtub was quite narrow, uncomfortable. There weren't free laundry facilities, which I found inconvenient.
